We just love ice cream!

Hello, my name is Paul and I am the very lucky owner of Strong Island Ice Cream. I have been making my own ice cream for over 35 years. As a kid I would go to work with my mother and watch Papa Webb, the ice cream maker of the diner, make ice cream everyday. I learned all of my skills from him, and of course added my own twists to the secret recipes! I thank each and every customer for your support in my journey!

It's what's on the inside that counts

Ever since I started to make ice cream by myself, I wanted to open a shop in Suffolk County. Building this shop took me almost over 15 months to build from scratch! It has been the longest journey watching two summers go by as I was in the process of building, but it was definitely worth the wait.
